HRCH Gator Point’s Bayou Chopper SH “Chopper”

Chopper” earned his UKC Hunting Retriever Championship (HRCH) title at the age of 21 months making him eligible for his first Grand attempt at the 2008 Spring International Grand at a mere 23 months. He is currently participating in the AKC’s hunt test program and earned his Senior Hunter (SH) while still a 2 year old. 

Chopper's 75 lbs of dark, rich chocolate and rock hard muscles, along with his extremely good looks, turn heads where ever he goes. He boasts a pedigree rich with proven success and record breaking statistics. He is a well-rounded Champion – in the field, blind or at home. Chopper combines elements of style, incredible speed, desire and talent to his work ethic. His natural ability is beyond measure. One who watches Chopper “at work” can only admire the effectiveness of speed and athletic ability.

GRHRCH UH Dakota’s Cajun Roux MH “Roux”

GRHRCH UH Dakota’s Cajun Roux MH “Roux” held the HRC’s GRHRCH and UH titles and the AKC’s Master Hunter title at three years old. Roux’s competitive edge led him to 3rd place at the 2005 El Campo, Texas Super Retriever Series, earning him entry to the Super Retriever Crown Championship where he remains the youngest dog in history to ever compete in this event and only chocolate to ever qualify. 

Roux passed away on October 17, 2007 but will always be remembered for accomplishing these amazing fetes at such an incredible young age.

GRHRCH UH Dakota's Cajun Roux MH ("Roux"): a tall, statuesque 90 lbs. of dark chocolate with awesome power and remarkable drive. He explosively deployed from the line and was impeccable with both marking and handling. Roux ran fast, hard, and determined to and from every retrieve. He carried presence, style and accomplishment; Roux was a natural. This remarkably strong, athletic dog paced progression beyond measure.
